I first stumbled into the Sarasota Apothecary with an unknown bug sting. I was very stressed in serious pain and Jillian, The Experienced, amazing pharmacist, was so patient in helping me with it. I am a huge proponent of supporting local establishments that are serving our local community and the Sarasota Apothecary is the epitome of personalized, customer service. When you call you get a live person on the other line right away, no auto dialer, no frustration,no fuss at all. I highly recommend visiting Jillian and Sierra for all of your Pharmacy needs. The sweetest and most helpful pharmacy! So friendly and they are willing to work with you to help you with your “pharmaceutical frustrations”… billing, pricing, etc. Was so appreciative of the pharmacist Jillian’s willingness to listen and help without making you feel like a burden. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful! Jillian the pharmacist is so great- she is kind, knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen. So glad I found Sarasota Apothecary and switched from my traditional big chain pharmacy. Sarasota Apothecary filled my cat’s prescription so quickly, which is extra great because they hand-mix their liquid antibiotics to order. She was so sick and was better in just a couple days. Thank you, SRQ Apothecary!

I have now used this Compounding Pharmacy twice. On both occasions, I received prompt and excellent customer service. Additionally, both my prescriptions were filled in just a couple of hours. Most importantly, I priced shopped them and discovered their prices very competitive. Personally, I was very happy with the service and quality of their products. Nice job team!
